To care for your jewellery, wipe with a soft cloth such as a jewellery cleaning cloth or wash with soapy water as silver will naturally tarnish if left out in the air. Your jewellery is best stored in the box supplied which has an anti tarnish tab inside.

Val Muddyman uses environmentally friendly chemicals where necessary and uses recycled silver for casting. Her materials, seaweed and seaglass, are sourced from around Plymouth with seaweed coming from local beaches, mostly Firestone Bay and Wembury Point. All packaging used is recyled. To offset the carbon footprint resulting from items being sent away for casting and she has formed an alliance to support a local CIC, Pollenize, who are re-wilding urban areas and installing beehives in wasted spaces such as office block rooftops.
