A Week of Changes
What a week!! It started off with my graduation which was such a fantastic day. I had all my family around me which meant the world to me and I was able to catch up with my fellow graduates. Cue lots of tears especially at the end of the day. The very next day was my birthday and my lovely husband, artist David Muddyman, bought me an amazing present - my very own metal detector!! London Design Fair - the start of a crazy month!
After graduating from Plymouth College of Art, being selected for London Design Fair felt like it was the end of the fantastic opportunities that came my way as a result of my studies. The Old Truman Brewery was immense and my fellow students and I saw some really interesting work on show. 'Breaking Through'
Well the degree show is now over! What an intense time that was. The construction time was great fun and I had made a decision based on my dissertation to have my work shown in welded copper cages which really looked amazing and even better than i'd hoped!
